Charlotte Angel Fund

Charlotte Angel Fund is a member-driven angel investment fund designed to make investments in early stage high growth companies. The fund is a part of the Inception Micro Angel Fund (IMAF) family of funds. Members of the fund are individuals who are accredited investors with an interest in making investments in early stage companies. The fund consists of a buy-in portion in which members share pro-rata based upon their initial capital contribution, and an add-on portion through which members can direct additional investment towards portfolio companies of particular interest to the individual member.
