Southridge LLC is a private equity firm specializing in private placement transactions with small public companies (PIPES), typically requiring additional financing to implement their business strategies, restructure, or complete a turnaround. It also invests in companies that require outside equity capital in order to make strategic acquisitions. The firm also manages hedge funds. Southridge LLC was founded in 1996 and is based in Ridgefield, Connecticut with additional offices in New York, New York; Los Angeles; California; and Ontario, Canada.
