RCIF primarily invests in infrastructure and tourism, as well as sectors such as agriculture, mining, telecommunications, healthcare, oil and gas, energy, manufacturing, and services. The fund allocates at least 70% of its capital to projects in Russia and CIS countries, while up to 30% is directed towards investments in China.
