Within consumer discretionary it focuses on financial services, food and beverage, education, and healthcare among others. It seeks to invest in companies having presence in Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region with a focus on Egypt. The firm seeks to invest in companies with EBITDA from $1 million to $2 million and prefers to equity investment from $5 million to $10 million. It prefers to take a significant minority, majority or a controlling stake. The firm prefers to take an exit within 3 to 5 years.
