The new version of the product (with application of the artificial intelligence, user behavior analysis and recommendation system based on machine learning algorithms) has been developed in cooperation with the team from the Faculty of Informatics and Information Technology led by prof. Bielikova (member of the EU AI High-Level Expert Group) and tested on a couple of applications in internal conditions on a limited number of users. Based on customers feedback our solution can reduce employee training costs by more than 50%, reduce support costs by double-digit number, increase KPI by 9%, increase employee productivity, provide smooth digital adoption and finally increase company income per employee.
