The company has so far benefited over 10000 small and marginal tribal farmers of the region, and was instrumental in improving the income and providing sustainable livelihoods to these farmer families. The company does contract farming with buy-back agreements with the organic farmers collectives (FPC/FPOs & Farmer Groups) associated with them. The company is fortunate to be working with three Krishi Ratna awardee farmers of the region. The company’s revenue has broken even in the 2015-16 financial year.
