As of September 1, 2020, Baptist Health Hardin was acquired by Baptist Healthcare System, Inc. Baptist Health Hardin was formerly known as The Hardin Memorial Hospital Foundation Inc. As a result of the acquisition of The Hardin Memorial Hospital Foundation Inc by Baptist Healthcare System, Inc., The Hardin Memorial Hospital Foundation Inc's name was changed.
