INC3 Ventures, LLC was a venture capital firm based in Silicon Valley, primarily focused on investing in seed and early-stage companies. The firm specialized in sectors such as Consumer Internet, semiconductor technology, hardware, and embedded software. It preferred to invest in companies that operated in Silicon Valley and India, typically allocating amounts between $250,000 and $1 million to its portfolio companies. INC3 Ventures targeted various technological areas including connectivity solutions, desktop and mobile computing, wireless communication, and consumer media devices. Co-founded in 1999 by Dhimant N. Bhayani and Bipin A. Shah, the firm was headquartered in Santa Clara, California, before ceasing operations.
