Our ambition is to lead the necessary radical change in the textile industry. That’s why we have developed a new textile: LOVR. The material looks and feels like leather, is just as robust, but comes without any of its drawbacks: LOVR is 100% free of animal products, plastics, and hazardous chemicals. Even better, because LOVR is based on fibrous residues of hemp cultivation and produced by a process similar to paper making, it is completely biodegradable. Through our innovative, patent-pending production process, LOVR is entirely CO2e-neutral. LOVR is currently manufactured at the lab but production will be scaled up and mechanized. In addition to selling LOVR as yard goods (starting in 2022) the technology will be licensed.
