Stellantis is a major automotive manufacturing corporation formed in 2021 through the merger of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles and PSA Group, becoming the world's fifth-largest automaker with a diverse portfolio of 14 brands. The company offers a wide range of vehicles, including luxury, premium, and mainstream passenger cars, pickup trucks, SUVs, and light commercial vehicles. Stellantis focuses on sustainable mobility solutions, embracing trends such as electrification, connectivity, autonomous driving, and shared ownership. In addition to its vehicle offerings, Stellantis operates mobility, financial, and parts and service brands. The company also manages Stellantis Ventures, a venture capital fund dedicated to investing in innovative startups within the automotive and mobility sectors, with a minimum investment of 300 million EUR. In 2023, Stellantis reported sales of 6.2 million vehicles, with Europe being its largest market, followed by North America and South America.
