Edify S.A. is a private equity firm specializing in middle market, mezzanine, buyout, mature, growth capital, later stage, medium-sized companies and smaller companies at key stages. The firm considers investments in all sectors, except alcohol, tobacco, fire arms, and explosive. The firm typically invests between $20 million and $100 million in companies whose enterprise value is between $40 million and $250 million. It considers investments in both minority and majority investments. The firm invests through its personal capital. It was formerly known as Somfy Participations and changed its name to Edify S.A. in October 2014. Edify S.A. was founded in 2014 and is based in Luxembourg.
