Integrity Partners LLC, founded in May 2007 and based in Tokyo, Japan, was a private equity firm focused on turnaround and buyout investments primarily in the energy and infrastructure sectors. The firm had a particular interest in renewable energy power plants and aimed to exit its investments through various strategies, including alliances with other businesses, initial public offerings, management buyouts, and market sales. However, Integrity Partners LLC ceased its operations on September 27, 2022.
