IKIGAI Accelerator

IKIGAI is an entrepreneurship acceleration program established in 2018 by Fondazione MPS (Fondazione Monte dei Paschi di Siena), located in Siena, Italy. This initiative aims to support founders, professionals, and students involved in startup acceleration and incubation. IKIGAI provides scholarship grants to young professionals, facilitating their growth and development within the entrepreneurial landscape. Additionally, the program offers job orientation services to high school students, helping them navigate their career paths and prepare for future opportunities.
