As at May 2018, ESO Capital Partners agreed to acquire Core Capital Partners for an undisclosed sum, bringing together the two London-based fund managers’ debt and equity finance capabilities. The combined business will continue the two managers’ previous focus on backing northern European SMEs, investing up to €40 million in complex deals. The combined firm will provide hybrid capital solutions ranging from senior debt to equity.

Endeavor Global, Inc., Investment Arm is a venture capital and private equity firm specializing in growth equity investments. It seeks to invest in firms with revenues between $0.5 million and $15 million. The firm seeks to take 10 percent stake in its portfolio companies. The firm will co-invest in any $5 million-plus financing rounds completed by its companies. 80 percent of the proceeds will be set aside for direct investment in Endeavour companies, while the rest will be used to fund its operations. The firm prefers to invest alongside professional investors. It seeks to follow exactly same terms as the lead investors.
