It also prefers to invest in optics, energy technology, and water technology. The firm prefers to invest in companies based in Midwest region, Southwestern or Rockies region of United States with a focus on New Mexico, Colorado, and Arizona. It also seeks to co-invest in technology companies based in California. The firm initially invest of between $0.05 Million and $1 million, with typical target reserves for follow-on funding equal to a 3:1 ratio or greater.
