Inclusion Japan is a Tokyo-based organization established in 2011 that operates as an incubator for venture companies and large corporations and also functions as a venture capital firm backing early-stage startups. It supports entrepreneurial growth through investment and strategic guidance and administers the ICJ ESG Accelerator to advance ESG-focused initiatives. By blending incubation, investment, and accelerator programs, Inclusion Japan connects startups with corporate partners to foster innovation in Japan.
