MyoKardia, Inc. is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on discovering, developing, and commercializing targeted therapies for rare cardiovascular diseases. Founded in 2012 and headquartered in Brisbane, California, the company primarily addresses heritable cardiomyopathies and genetically-driven heart failure caused by biomechanical defects in cardiac muscle contraction.
