Columbus Manufacturing, established in 1917 by the Domenici and Parducci families, is a distinguished producer of high-quality cured Italian meats and deli products in the United States. With a rich heritage spanning over 95 years, the company is renowned for its specialty salumi and premium deli meats, including Finocchiona, Genoa, and Italian Dry salame, as well as products made from whole cuts of turkey, ham, and roast beef. Columbus maintains a strong reputation for quality within the premium protein sector and distributes its products exclusively through supermarkets, club stores, and specialty grocery stores across North America. The company operates three manufacturing facilities in the San Francisco area, encompassing more than 270,000 square feet, allowing for the production of a diverse range of meat products.
