The Starter League

The Starter League is an educational institution based in Chicago, Illinois, that specializes in teaching beginners the skills needed to code, design, and launch web applications. Founded in 2011 and formerly known as Code Academy LLC, The Starter League offers courses in technologies such as Rails, Ruby, HTML/CSS, and User Experience Design. The program is structured to take individuals with little to no prior knowledge of software development and equip them with the ability to build a web application within three months. Students benefit from high-quality instruction and mentorship from experienced developers, while also gaining access to a network of entrepreneurs, investors, and companies in Chicago, fostering an environment that supports the realization of their ideas on the web. In 2016, The Starter League became a subsidiary of Fullstack Academy.
