The platform enables trainers to conduct sessions remotely, provided they have a computer and a stable internet connection. All trainers on ecadema must possess relevant certifications in their respective fields, ensuring high-quality instruction. Users are required to have a laptop or desktop with a camera and microphone, access to the Google Chrome browser, and a reliable internet connection. The platform offers four types of user accounts: Trainee, Trainer, Mentor, and Corporate. Mentors can conduct both individual and group sessions, while corporate accounts allow organizations to manage employee training, book workshops, and track progress. ecadema also features user-friendly applications to enhance the learning experience.
