Acorn Capital Partners is a Corporate Finance and Investment Company that provides corporate advice on a range of transactions from acquisitions, to disposals and fundraisings. We have co-invested in a range of different businesses over the years, and specialise in situations where we can take an active role in the ownership and running of the business. We work with a number of experienced industry specialists to identify companies turning over £3m – £100m where existing owners are looking for some cash out but also need help in strengthening the management team. We work with a number of private equity funds and High Net Worth Individuals to raise the capital for such transactions.
