Carrot’s service is the first of its kind in Mexico, giving rise to an agreement with the Mexico City government for special parking permits and access to electric cars. At the end of 2015, Carrot had a fleet of 82 cars in Mexico City, Monterrey, Guadalajara and Puebla.
