The 80% of its economy is informal, that means that businesses do not pay taxes and not registered as microbusinesses and businesses in the country. For the sale of food and cleaning products, there are markets and fairs selling exposed to sun and antihygienic products, additionally there are no existence of controlling expiration dates, because they are alterated by merchants; there are no health controls either due to manipulation and storage of products. Generally, the provenance of products are from contraband. There is a poblational segment in economics, mainly composed by women with dependent tiny economic initiatives. Unfortunately, they do not have the opportunity to access to quality products because they do not know how and because of their life routine. Cash sellings are for customers who can pay with money or debit-credit cards, additionally we can sell through our website or our APP with the same way of paying. Based on credit selling, RED Supermarket has 4 types of customers: Companies workers. Neighbour stores. Contract with companies. Other people. The way of selling to companies workers, works when there is a written agreement between the Company and supermarket. Companies workers can purchase their products with credit paying (depending on the amount of money established by the Company they work for) It is important to mention that the Company we have an agreement with, do not need to do a payment to the supermarket due to the benefits that are given to their employees. Credits payment time is máximum three months with an interest rate. To do a credit selling, previously the customer must purschase products with a payment time of one month with a payment way called “trusted” (ther is no tax interests or any administrative fee while paying). In this sense, the customer is considered responsible, because is forced to pay at the correct time. Neighbour stores can access to purchase all of our products, considering our prices lower tan theirs. Considering them as persons without a continuous source of earnings, we evaluate our clients credit. RED Supermarket can do agreements with different nonprofit companies, in order to provide benefits to its donators or funders, in that way is encouraged to catch more help so they can achieve their goals. According to an observation from credit customers, they come to the supermarket with their families so they can purchase products based on the diversity of their needs, achieving empowerment credit title, leading to a monthly major liquidity in order to pay other obligations. All credit transactions are reported to the credit information bureau of Bolivia.
