The Obama Foundation is a start-up for citizenship and an ongoing project for people to shape, together, what it means to be a good citizen in the 21st century. The Obama Foundation builds programs to inspire everyone to become better citizens. The Obama Foundation is a tax-exempt, charitable organization under I.R.C. sec. 501(c)(3). The Obama Foundation uses social media to communicate and engage with future citizen leaders.

The Union County College in Cranford, New Jersey, provides exceptional education programs in the liberal arts while developing new programs and classes designed to meet the challenges and needs of our ever-evolving society. Students have the opportunity to participate in a range of student life activities. If you’re looking to gain leadership skills and real-world career experience, you can join the Phi Theta Kappa honor society or work for the student newspaper. The school also offers many campus events like career panels, community service projects and academic seminars. Academic, personal and career counseling services are also available to all students. Second Chance is a nonprofit that provides people, materials and the environment with a second chance. We deconstruct buildings and homes, salvage usable materials and make those available to the public through our 200,000 square feet of retail space.
