Major League Hacking (MLH) is a mission-driven organization dedicated to empowering emerging technologists through a global community of over 500,000 early-career developers. MLH organizes hackathons, internships, and workshops that provide members with hands-on experience and opportunities to build professional networks, facilitating their career launches in technology. The organization collaborates with prominent employers to identify and train diverse technical talent from within its community. By fostering innovation and teaching computer science skills through its weekend-long invention competitions, MLH cultivates collaboration among hackers, technology leaders, and entrepreneurs. Recognizing its commitment to community impact, MLH became a Certified B Corporation in 2016, underscoring its focus on empowering hackers and measuring success by the number of individuals it supports.

Acquisition in 2022
TechTogether has a project to eliminate gender disparities in the hackathon community. They are recognized for helping to increase the number of women and non-binary persons participating in hackathons. They help people of all gender identities, including transgender women, cisgender women, transgender men, non-binary people, and people of all gender identities. Through their annual gender-focused hackathon, they hope to increase the access, awareness, and participation of these persons in transdisciplinary domains of technology.
