WeThrive is a collective of undergrads that mentor and teach life skills through entrepreneurship to youth of under-resourced communities. They work through college student chapters that operate as entrepreneurial hubs for their peers and local community. College students engage in their youth mentoring program, national initiatives, and play a role in their campus leadership. Within their youth mentoring program, youth participants create ventures of their own, earn revenues and donate all profits to charity over the course of an academic school year. Most importantly, their youth participants are learning life skills and adopting habits that allow an individual to achieve their goals and definition of success. They use a full-circle mentoring approach so not only do youth participants receive mentorship, but their college students also receive coaching from WeThrive National and mentorship from local professionals.
