As a subsidiary of Move, Inc., Avail has attracted around 70,000 landlords who utilize its end-to-end services to simplify and enhance their rental operations.

Remodelista

Acquisition in 2016
Remodelista is an online design platform established in 2007 to assist individuals engaged in remodeling, building, or enhancing their homes. Founded by Carlson, Connolly, Hall, and Lonsdale, the site serves as a sourcebook for home renovation, featuring a blend of classic, vintage, and modernist design elements. In 2008, Josh Groves became the publisher and CEO. The platform was acquired by SAY Media in 2011 and subsequently launched Gardenista.com in 2012, expanding its focus to outdoor spaces. After a series of ownership changes, including a sale to Realtor.com in 2016, Remodelista was reacquired by its original founders in 2019. The site not only offers design inspiration but also provides curated product information and practical tips for home enthusiasts and professionals, facilitating the home design and renovation process. In addition to its main site, Remodelista has also launched The Organized Home, further broadening its offerings in the realm of home improvement.
