We are developing single agent multi-action treatments inhibiting both cancer growth and immunosuppression. We are not targeting the immune-checkpoint axis. Our approach could effective for cancer patients that failed immune checkpoint treatments due to resistance or low expression of PD1, PDL1, CTLA4 etc..
