MLog S.A. is engaged in the development of hard assets across the natural resources, shipping, and infrastructure sectors. The company holds iron ore mining rights at the Morro do Pilar mine in Minas Gerais, Brazil. It provides both offshore and inland shipping services, specializing in the transport of liquid cargo, including oil and its derivatives, and operates an OSRV-750 vessel. Additionally, MLog S.A. owns 3,000 acres of land designated for the development of an industrial multi-port in Linhares, Brazil. Established in 2011 and based in Rio de Janeiro, MLog S.A. was previously known as Manabi S.A. before rebranding in April 2012.
