The National Treasury Management Agency (NTMA) is a government agency based in Dublin, Ireland, established in 1990. Its primary function is to manage assets and liabilities on behalf of the Irish Government. The NTMA oversees various responsibilities, including borrowing on behalf of the Government and managing the National Debt. Additionally, the agency operates the State Claims Agency and NewERA, and it manages the Ireland Strategic Investment Fund and the National Development Finance Agency. The executive management team is responsible for overseeing the agency's asset management activities.
