Value4Capital is a private equity firm established in 2011, following its spin-out from Amundi Private Equity Funds. Based in Luxembourg, the firm specializes in mid-market investments across Central and Eastern Europe, with a particular focus on Poland and other EU member states. Value4Capital targets buy-out investments in established companies, aiming to enhance their growth both organically and through acquisitions to establish sector leaders. The firm has a diverse investment approach, including digital businesses like software-as-a-service and e-commerce, as well as traditional sectors such as healthcare, waste management, logistics, and specialized retail. Led by three partners with extensive regional experience, Value4Capital is affiliated with several industry associations, including the European Venture Capital Association and the Polish Private Equity Association.
