Oriens manages multiple funds, including Oriens Fund II, which targets investments of EUR 5 million to EUR 8 million in low- to mid-cap companies in the manufacturing and services sectors in Central and Eastern Europe. The firm also operates Oriens, Advisory Arm, a boutique investment banking subsidiary that provides financial advisory services such as capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, deal structuring, and business valuation, as well as due diligence and market entry advisory services.
