Oriole Resources is a UK-based exploration and development company primarily focused on gold and high-value base metals. The company is actively engaged in early-stage exploration in Cameroon and is advancing the Senala gold project in Senegal, where IAMGOLD has the option to invest significantly for a stake in the project. Oriole Resources holds an 85% interest in the Senala project and has options to earn a 90% interest in the Bibemi and Wapouzé projects in Cameroon. Established in 2004 and formerly known as Stratex International, the company also maintains interests and royalties in various projects across Africa and Turkey, while continuously assessing new opportunities in these regions.
