Neovasc Inc. is a specialty medical device company focused on developing, manufacturing, and marketing innovative products for the cardiovascular marketplace. Headquartered in Richmond, Canada, the company offers two primary products: the Tiara, a device designed for the transcatheter treatment of mitral valve disease, currently under clinical investigation in several regions, and the Neovasc Reducer, which targets refractory angina and has been available in Europe since 2015. While the Reducer is not yet commercially available in the United States, it represents the company's primary revenue source. Neovasc was incorporated in 2000 and was formerly known as Medical Ventures Corp.
