Sunesis Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is a biopharmaceutical company dedicated to developing targeted inhibitors for the treatment of hematologic and solid cancers. The company has established collaborations, including an agreement with Biogen Idec MA, Inc. for small molecule BTK inhibitors and a licensing agreement with Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Limited for preclinical PDK1 inhibitors.
