It leads a group of investors who convene several times a year for investor lounges, where startups present their business ideas. The organization evaluates and invests in promising ventures within a syndicate framework, concentrating on areas such as tourism, art and culture, sustainability, and healthcare. Since its establishment in 2016, Next Floor has invested in six companies, taking the lead in two funding rounds. Additionally, it operates an accelerator program aimed at fostering innovation in tourism, medical tourism, gastronomy, leisure, culture, and mobility. This program selects the most promising startups from a global pool of applicants four times a year, providing them with support to accelerate their growth.
