It seeks investments across the United States and overseas while investing in other funds. It seeks to make investments in interest with asset value between $1 million and $25 million. The firm typically acquires limited partnership interests in transactions with values ranging between $1 million and $100 million, but typically looks at transactions with less than $50 million in value and $30 million in net asset value.
