Rough Diamond Capital is a Los Angeles-based angel investment and advisory group founded in 2017. It provides advisory services to pre-seed companies preparing for seed financing and selectively makes seed- and early-stage investments. The firm targets fintech, proptech, health tech, e-commerce, consumer tech, enterprise software, and SAAS. It is led by Sam Lee, an experienced investor and operator with startup leadership experience and domain knowledge in consumer/retail, travel and hospitality, and business services, and expertise across marketing, finance, strategy, and operations.
