Rough Diamond Capital provides comprehensive advisory services to pre-seed companies in preparation for a seed round financing. The firm also selectively invest in seed-stage companies raising $1-2 million at a $3-10 million pre-money valuation. While the firm considers investments across most industries and geographies, we do have a preference for companies operating in the e-commerce, consumer tech, enterprise software, and SAAS categories. Rough Diamond Capital is an angel investor syndicate managed by Sam Lee. Sam is an experienced investor, analyst, and business operator who has been a founder, co-founder, or key member of three different startups, two of which had successful exits. Through his diverse business experiences, he has accumulated vertical domain expertise in Consumer/Retail, Travel & Hospitality, and Business Services, and functional expertise across marketing, finance, strategy, and operations.
