Triginta Capital is an independent private equity partnership specializing in small and mid-market transactions. Originally known as the AVIDA Group, it became independent through a management buyout in 2004. Triginta invests in profitable, high-growth, medium-sized companies in the German-speaking area, typically holding a majority interest. They focus on companies with annual sales of €20-200 million, operational profitability, and positive cash flows, with transaction values ranging from €20-100 million. As advisors, they assist in M&A transactions, business succession, corporate finance, and restructuring. Triginta Capital manages fund companies, investment portfolios, and leads companies to successful exits. With a strong regional focus in German-speaking Europe, the firm has launched private equity funds with an aggregate volume of over €500 million. Based in Dusseldorf, Triginta Capital was founded in 1999 and also has offices in Hanover and Berlin, Germany.
