Existing operational facility in Goiatuba, wholly-owned, producing: (i) hydrous ethanol; (ii) VHP sugar; (iii) cristal sugar; (v) energy self sufficient (after expansions will be able to sell energy via private and government contracts). Vital Renewable Energy Company began operation in 2008. It has its headquarters in São Paulo in Brazil.
