The South West London Health and Care Partnership is comprised of the organizations providing health and care in the six southwest London boroughs. They have been listening to local people and our partners to collectively develop our vision for people. The awarding of ICS status recognizes the strength of our partnership, the shared ambitions for our six boroughs, and the significant progress we have made together over the last three years to deliver better outcomes for local people. Over the last few months, they have seen very real benefits of our partnership working well as they have responded together as a health and care system to the challenges of the coronavirus pandemic. Masters Call has been providing out-of-home care and acute visiting services along with Urgent Treatment Centers to residents in Trafford for 25 years. All of the services have consistently been of excellent quality, and their drive to provide patient-responsive healthcare has been evident throughout their offerings. COVID was an unprecedented pandemic that required an exceptional response from Mastercall. System partners asked Mastercall to build, deliver, and set up COVID response services within days, and they delivered without fail. In unprecedented times, their professionalism and creativity in delivering services to support the pandemic is a clear demonstration of their commitment and ability to respond to healthcare needs.
