It typically invests globally with a particular focus on European Developed Markets, Germany, Israel, Russia, and the United States. The firm invests between $1 million and $30 million in companies with enterprise values between $5 million and $500 million. For Series B it invests between $5 million and $30 million per deal and for seed stage it invests between $0.2 million and $0.5 million per deal. The firm prefers to invest in businesses where most of the revenues are expected to come from B to C segment. The firm can provide equity, offer convertible debt or buy secondary interests.
