Northwest Community Healthcare is a not-for-profit healthcare system focused on delivering high-quality medical services to its local communities. With numerous locations, it serves over 200,000 outpatients and treats more than 20,000 inpatients each year. The healthcare system features a hospital equipped with a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), a Level II Trauma Center, and a specialized pediatric emergency department. Shelter places kids and teenagers in foster homes run by volunteers. These exceptional foster parents did not receive any compensation, but they welcomed lonely, fearful children into their homes and gave them the love and care they lacked in their previous circumstances.
NWA Center for Sexual Assault heals adult survivors of sexual violence and harassment. They offer assistance to adult survivors of sexual assault. They offer crisis intervention, referral information, and emotional support to anyone dealing with the aftermath of rape or sexual assault. They support and empower adult survivors of sexual assault through SANE exams, counseling, advocacy, and intervention.

Hopeful Beginnings

Hopeful Beginnings offers a variety of services, including adoption services, case management, and access to free baby essentials, as well as free maternal mental health counselling for birthing women experiencing postpartum depression/anxiety, grief and loss of a pregnancy, and/or difficulty transitioning to motherhood.

Palatine Township Senior Citizens Council offers programs and services that support older adults and their families . Their services include a full spectrum of education, nutrition, health, social services, and recreational activities. They conduct a program for hearing screenings,​adult day services, home-delivered meals, and latino social groups.
