The group operates about 740 owned vehicles and 400 sub-vehicles, all with refrigeration units and GPS, supported by a network of depots and a Verona cold storage facility expanded to 24,000 square meters cooled to -28°C to -20°C. Since 2011, Simone Romagna has led the company, emphasizing a customer-focused approach and quality, including ISO 9001 certification and GMP+B4 transport of feed compliance with ongoing safety training. Environmental efforts include Euro 6 vehicles, route optimization, maintenance, and photovoltaic installations in warehouses. Growth has included acquisitions of AnRiTrans, Blue City, Logistica 2, Sila Trasporti, Ricotrans, and Vero Trasporti through private-equity partnerships. The company delivers end-to-end transport, warehousing, handling, trucking, and supply chain management for large-scale distribution in food, refrigeration, and livestock sectors.
