We are a fabless integrated circuit design startup on a mission to provide the most energy efficient power amplifier and front-end module products for hardware manufacturers in the 5G mmWave market. One of the biggest challenges for 5G mm-Wave communication is transmitter power and efficiency. In most transceiver designs, power amplifiers (PAs) dominate the overall transmitter efficiency and thermal performance. It is extremely difficult to transmit a signal efficiently over the air at mm-Wave frequencies. To solve this, we developed an ultra-efficient silicon-based power amplifier (PA) topology for 5G mmWave applications called the Dual-Drive PA. For decades, the maximum theoretical efficiency of PAs has been fixed at 78.5%, with most PAs topping out at 40% efficiency. Until now, it was thought to be theoretically impossible to increase the efficiency beyond this figure of 78.5%. Our new, patented technology increases the theoretical maximum efficiency limits of PAs beyond 78.5%; therefore, no other PA can be as efficient as our Dual-Drive PA. Our first prototype was implemented using GlobalFoundries’ 45nm CMOS SOI process and was fully tested and verified. Based on our measurements, our first prototype achieves drain efficiencies that are 20% higher than any state-of-the-art power amplifier in the mmWave frequency range. In addition, our technology was fully verified using the new 5G NR modulation testing standards achieving Gb/s data rates at incredible high efficiency levels. Since PAs dominate the overall transmitter efficiency and thermal performance, our PA technology can be employed by base station, cellphone, and radar manufacturers (to name a few) and decrease their thermal management cost and ease their overall system requirements.

The 80% of its economy is informal, that means that businesses do not pay taxes and not registered as microbusinesses and businesses in the country. For the sale of food and cleaning products, there are markets and fairs selling exposed to sun and antihygienic products, additionally there are no existence of controlling expiration dates, because they are alterated by merchants; there are no health controls either due to manipulation and storage of products. Generally, the provenance of products are from contraband. There is a poblational segment in economics, mainly composed by women with dependent tiny economic initiatives. Unfortunately, they do not have the opportunity to access to quality products because they do not know how and because of their life routine. Considerating the segment and their limitations for purchasing products, RED Supermarket counts with a strategic selling location in Oruro city and a modern, hygienic and comfortable building with easy accessibility for physically disabled costumers. It is very important to mention that the supermarket also sells other companies products such as clothes, shoes and even restaurant food, this process has been done thanks to selling gift cards, which can be exchangeable in correspondant places. RED Supermarket issues a tax invoice for each sales transaction. Cash sellings are for customers who can pay with money or debit-credit cards, additionally we can sell through our website or our APP with the same way of paying. Based on credit selling, RED Supermarket has 4 types of customers: Companies workers. Neighbour stores. Contract with companies. Other people. The way of selling to companies workers, works when there is a written agreement between the Company and supermarket. Companies workers can purchase their products with credit paying (depending on the amount of money established by the Company they work for) It is important to mention that the Company we have an agreement with, do not need to do a payment to the supermarket due to the benefits that are given to their employees. Credits payment time is máximum three months with an interest rate. To do a credit selling, previously the customer must purschase products with a payment time of one month with a payment way called “trusted” (ther is no tax interests or any administrative fee while paying). In this sense, the customer is considered responsible, because is forced to pay at the correct time. Neighbour stores can access to purchase all of our products, considering our prices lower tan theirs. Considering them as persons without a continuous source of earnings, we evaluate our clients credit. RED Supermarket can do agreements with different nonprofit companies, in order to provide benefits to its donators or funders, in that way is encouraged to catch more help so they can achieve their goals. According to an observation from credit customers, they come to the supermarket with their families so they can purchase products based on the diversity of their needs, achieving empowerment credit title, leading to a monthly major liquidity in order to pay other obligations.
