Based in The Gap, the company offers a range of services, including consulting, scalable architecture, proactive remote database administration, system administration, and vendor-neutral managed services. Open Query also provides optional emergency support, mentoring, and training, along with security and code reviews to ensure robust database management. Since September 2018, it has operated as a subsidiary of Catalyst IT Australia Pty Ltd.
