Established in 2008 and headquartered in Los Angeles, with additional offices in London, Singapore, and Hong Kong, the firm was known for its expertise in complex cross-border transactions. Siemer & Associates successfully completed over 50 transactions valued at more than $3 billion and raised over $1.5 billion in equity capital. Its early-stage investment arm, Wavemaker Partners, was recognized as one of the most active investment funds in Southern California, maintaining a robust portfolio of over 70 companies and conducting around 25 new investments annually. The firm aimed to provide clients with insightful and practical guidance based on extensive industry experience and market understanding. However, as of October 2016, Siemer & Associates was acquired by CEC Capital Group and is no longer operational.

It specializes in developing a software platform that facilitates native advertising services for both brand advertisers and publishers. Over 300 brands and 350 publishers use Nativo's platform to scale, automate, and measure native ads, enhancing audience engagement and expanding revenue potential.
