Additionally, Cauldron Energy holds a 100% interest in the Rio Colorado project, spanning about 445 square kilometres in the Tinogasta region of Argentina. The company is also pursuing a 51% interest in the Blackwood gold project and a 60% interest in the Bullarto South gold project, both located in central Victoria, Australia. Established in 2002 and headquartered in West Perth, Cauldron Energy was formerly known as Scimitar Resources Limited and adopted its current name following a merger with Jackson Minerals Limited in 2009.
