Lumina Gold Corp. is a Vancouver-based exploration stage company focused on the acquisition, exploration, and development of precious and base metals in Ecuador, particularly gold and copper. The company's principal asset is the Cangrejos project, which encompasses 10 mineral concessions covering approximately 6,373 hectares in El Oro Province, southwest Ecuador. The Cangrejos project is currently advancing toward a Pre-Feasibility Study and is recognized as the primary gold deposit in the country. Lumina Gold, formerly known as Odin Mining and Exploration Ltd., was incorporated in 1988 and has an experienced management team with a history of successfully advancing and monetizing exploration initiatives.
