CTC Capital is a venture capital firm established in 2006 and headquartered in Shanghai, China, with additional offices in Nanjing and Taipei. The firm specializes in investing in sectors such as artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things (IoT), Industry 4.0, and advanced manufacturing. In April 2021, CTC Capital closed its second RMB fund, raising CNY 3.4 billion, which focuses on semiconductor companies involved in designing chips for applications in AI, data centers, IoT, 5G, and advanced automotive technologies. As of April 2023, this fund is fully invested.
